1.STEROID
cuba tgk nama ubat tu sblm guna. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topical_steroid
2. ANTIHISTAMINE
#Calamine lotion.
biasanya kalo alahan berlaku,badan akan bebaskan histamine,so histamine yang menyebabkan sysmptom alahan tu-gatal,merah,bengkak akan berhenti. so fungsi ubat ni nak hentikan fungsi normal immune system badan kita iaitu melawan punca penyakit. tgk ckit bahan lotion ni takut ada yg alah nanti dapat side effect :: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing;
tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue).
walau apa pun... saya x kan bagi ubat ni pada anak2 saya. sbb saya prefer benda yang selamat.so saya guna greenzhi ,ataupun lotion

ACNE (JERAWAT)
It starts when greasy secretions from the skin's sebaceous glands (oil glands) plug the tiny openings for hair follicles (plugged pores).
If the openings are large, the clogs take the form of blackheads: small, flat spots with dark centers.
If the openings stay small, the clogs take the form of whiteheads: small, flesh-colored bumps.
Both types of plugged pores can develop into swollen, tender inflammations or pimples or deeper lumps or nodules.
Nodules associated with severe cases of acne (cystic acne) are firm swellings below the skin's surface that become inflamed, tender, and sometimes infected.
The possible causes of face acne
1. Medication
Steroids are a key offender, whether taken internally or topically.(prednisone, cortisone and hydrocortisone)
Others : lithium, lithium chloride, and certain forms of iodine.
Oral contraceptives are one of the most common cause of acne .
Keep in mind that when starting or stopping the pill, it could take up to six months for related acne to appear
2. Diet habit
Unhealthy diet habit can disturb your digestion and hormone balance. Most chicken nowadays have been given steroid to speed up the growing.
The latest scientific evidence suggests that high-carbohydrate diets may predispose you to acne.
3. Underlying medical problem
Beauty inside and outside : the acne on skin telling you the specific organ in your body have problem.
4. Hair product and cosmetic
Styling products seep oil onto the forehead, which can trap acne-causing bacteria in your pores.
Pore-clogging cosmetics can combine with your natural skin oil to cause breakouts called acne cosmetica.
The problem isn't the product. It's how you remove makeup.
After a long day, makeup, oil and dirt build-up, a triple threat that easily clogs pores, traps acne-causing bacteria and results in breakouts.
Some anti acne cream will cause the blemishes if you use too many.
5. Sunblock
Sunscreens have two types of active ingredients: chemical agents, which protect against harmful ultraviolet rays by being absorbed into the skin, and physical agents, which sit on the surface to create a sun shield. Physical sunscreens, which include zinc oxide or titanium oxide, may prompt more sweating beneath them and thus, more acne.
6.Stress
Stress can worsen acne by leading to a release of inflammatory chemicals called neuropeptides and hormonal changes.
7.Dry Skin
Dry skin can have microscopic cracks and fissures in which bacteria can multiply and cause acne

Shampoo & serum
Anatomy of hair
The common hair problem
1.oily scalp and hair
Sebum is supposed to protect, nourish and hydrate the skin by delivering antioxidants and antimicrobial nutrients, but when it is produced in excess it can cause problems. Genetic, hygiene problem, hormonal imbalance, seborrheic dermatitis and diet can be the cause.
2. Hair Fall
It’s normal to lose about a hundred strands of hair a day. But there are other types of hair loss you should be aware of, the most common of which is hair fall due to breakage. Other causes: stress, aging, genetics, hormonal imbalances in your body from pregnancy, sudden weight gain or loss, or a severe illness.
When hair is exposed to mechanical, environmental, and chemical factors – like brushing, heat styling, coloring and perms – it breaks easily.
It’s all about conditioning. Conditioning helps create an artificial protective layer on damaged hair to prevent moisture loss and further wear and tear to hair. Eat the right food, take the right vitamins, and drink water to ensure your body gets the right nutrition internally. Giving hair a break once in a while from styling tools helps lessen the wear and tear, friction, and heat damage.
3. Dry Hair
When the hair cuticle- the outermost protective layer of the shaft – wears away and is damaged, your hair loses its moisture becoming dry and brittle.
Dry hair, like split ends or dull hair is a result of damaged hair cuticles worn out by friction due to daily combing, sunlight, heat from styling appliances, chemicals from pools or salt in sea water, or chemical procedures like perming, coloring and rebonding. Replenish hair’s moisture by repairing the damaged cuticle. Look for hair care products that condition hair.
4. Split Ends
Split ends are dry, brittle hair that breaks easily. When hair breaks, the cuticle splits away and exposes the center part of the hair that makes up most of the hair shaft.
Unfortunately, when you have split ends, the only solution is to cut off that part of the hair. Condition your hair to keep it strong, healthy, and protected. The more unprotected or unconditioned someone hair is, the more vulnerable the cuticle, the easily it can break, and the more split ends you can get.
5. Dandruff
Dandruff is a condition of the scalp wherein dead skin cells shed and flake off as it renews itself. Dandruff is caused by the malasezzia globosa fungus, which is present in everyone’s scalp. It feeds on our scalp sebum and lipids, resulting in a by-product that can cause scalp irritation and thus speed up the hair’s usual cycle of shedding old scalp cells. The scalp irritation also causes redness and itching. All of these are the symptoms commonly associated with dandruff.
There are several over-the-counter anti-dandruff shampoos that are affordable and effective. It is recommended that we alternate an anti-dandruff shampoo with a clarifying shampoo and getting regular hair treatments, but for more severe dandruff, It is recommended that you consult your dermatologist.

LACTOBERRY
WHAT IS LACTOBACILLUS?
Lactobacillus is a type of bacteria. There are lots of different species of lactobacillus. These are "friendly" bacteria that normally live in our digestive, urinary, and genital systems without causing disease. It is also in some fermented foods like yogurt and in dietary supplements.
1.It present in the vagina and the GIT where they make up a small portion of the gut flora
line of defence that supports the immune
system and wards off the invasion of toxins and germs.
2. Stabilizes ecological balance of the microbes in the gut and regulates immune functions to tone down the
level of allergic response.
3. Promotes efficient absorption and utilization of nutrients and elevates the nutritional values of food.
4. Produces beneficial compounds, vitamins, and enzymes that cannot be synthesized by the body.
Likely Effective for...
- Diarrhea in children caused by certain viruses.
Possibly Effective for...
- Preventing diarrhea in children caused by antibiotics or hospitalization.
- Treating diarrhea caused by the bacterium Clostridium difficile.
- Bacterial vaginal infections.
- Treating and preventing eczema (atopic dermatitis) in infants and children.
- Helping prescription medications treat Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) infection.
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
- Lung infections in children.
- Preventing diarrhea due to traveling.
- Ulcerative colitis. Some research suggests that taking a specific combination product containing lactobacillus, bifidobacteria, and streptococcus might help induce remission and prevent relapse.
How does Lactobacillus work?
Many bacteria and other organisms live in our bodies normally. "Friendly" bacteria such as lactobacillus can help us break down food, absorb nutrients, and fight off "unfriendly" organisms that might cause diseases such as diarrhea. Are there safety concerns?
Lactobacillus is safe for most people, including babies and children. Side effects are usually mild and most often include intestinal gas. There is some concern that people with weakened immune systems, such as people with HIV/AIDS or organ transplant recipients, might have an overgrowth of lactobacillus from taking supplements containing live bacteria. Lactobacillus has caused disease (rarely) in people with weakened immune systems. To be on the safe side, if you have a weakened immune system, avoid taking supplements containing live bacteria without advice from your healthcare giver.
Some products labeled to contain certain Lactobacillus species have not contained what was claimed. In fact, some have been contaminated with potentially disease-causing bacteria.
Do not take lactobacillus without guidance from your healthcare provider if:
- Your immune system is weakened by diseases such as HIV/AIDS or medicines to prevent organ transplant rejection.
- You have a condition called short bowel syndrome.

CEO CAFE'
1.Coffee protect against heart disease.
Coffee full of powerful antioxidants called flavonoids, which help to prevent LDL cholesterol (the kind that’s bad for your heart) from oxidizing and causing heart disease.
2. Coffee may lower the risk of stroke.
Probably related to the lower risk of heart disease, is a lower risk of stroke associated with drinking coffee. This is especially important for women, who have a higher risk of having a stroke. According to studies, women who drink a couple cups of coffee a day reduce their risk by about 20 percent.
3. Coffee reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Coffee drinkers who consume a lot of coffee – about six or more cups every day – are more than a third less likely to develop type 2 diabetes, which occurs when the body becomes resistant to its own insulin. In addition to the antioxidants in coffee which help prevent tissue damage to the body, coffee also contains minerals that help the body to use insulin effectively.
4. Coffee protects the brain against Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE
PARKINSON'S DISEASE
Coffee has also been shown to have a positive effect on the brain, and can improve short-term memory. According to studies published inThe Journal of the American Medical Association, caffeine is a cognitive stimulant that actually boosts brain functioning. Moderate to heavy coffee drinkers reduce their risks of developing dementia by about 65 percent!
5. Coffee reduces risk of symptomatic gallstone disease
Studies by the Harvard School of Public Health have shown that moderate coffee drinking can reduce lower risk of symptomatic gallstones in woman, and protect against symptomatic gallbladder disease in men. The Harvard researchers suggested that the caffeine in coffee is responsible for the gallstone effect, perhaps because it triggers gallbladder contractions that may discourage stone formation.
6. Coffee promotes regular digestion.
Have you ever noticed that you often make a trip to the restroom in the morning, soon after drinking your cup or two (or three or four) of coffee? That’s no coincidence. Coffee actually clears you out!
7. Coffee reduces the risk of some cancers.
Drinking coffee regularly actually reduces your risk of getting colon cancer by about a quarter. In addition, it also makes you less likely to develop liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.
8. Coffee helps you burn fat.
Because coffee is a diuretic, many people avoid it before they work out. Coffee has been shown to help your body burn fat while you exercise aiding in weight loss. It also enhances performance by minimizing the effects of fatigue.
9. Coffee is actually good for your teeth
Everyone knows that one of the cons of drinking coffee is a stained smile, but coffee can also have a positive effect on teeth. According to a 2009 article published in the Wall Street Journal, people who drink coffee are less likely to have cavities. Roasted coffee beans have antibacterial effects against microorganisms like Streptococcus, which play a hand in causing tooth decay.
10. Coffee can help prevent/stop headaches
Have you ever wondered why caffeine is one of the main ingredients in migraine medication like Excedrin Migraine? blood vessels increase in size during a migraine — caffeine works to decrease the size of blood vessels before they can affect nerves in the brain.
